PUR glue machine
PUR no-clean glue pot, glue supply through gluemachine, with slag discharge function , glue coatingcan reach zero glue line.

Belt pressing
The belt pressing is aimed at the edge sealing of the aluminum plate, and the tightness and fitare stronger and more stable.
Double-track edge trimming
The edge trimming strips at both ends of the board are cut off after edge trimming. The single-track 45-degree edge trimming design is more accurate and efficient.
Four-head tracking
The four corners of the edge-sealed board are chamfered and rounded to make the four corners more refined and smooth after edge sealing.
Double scraping/Double buffing
Scrape out the arc edge of angle α on the upper and lower edges of the edge band after trimming; polish the plate after edge banding to make the upper and lower sides of the edge band smoother.
Can seal aluminum honeycomb plate,and also applicable to edge banding and trimming of MDF, blockboard, solid wood board,particle board, polymer door board, plywood, etc.
