The operator places the raw material sheet onto the worktable of the computer-controlled panel saw or the automatic loading device – presses the button to activate the clamps to secure the sheet – starts the automatic operation – enters automatic working mode – automatic positioning – automatic edge alignment – automatic sawing – automatic unloading – automatically completes all cutting according to the input data.

Electrical Control System
It adopts a Taiwan Yonghong PLC control system, featuring large storage capacity, high-speed processing capabilities, and precision electrical components, resulting in excellent performance and improved reliability
of the high-speed operation of the computer-controlled saw.
Operating Interface
The human-machine interface is simple and user-friendly, making operation convenient and reliable. Users
can edit the desired cutting plans and simulate the cutting process. It seamlessly integrates with optimization software and printers.
Sawing Device
The saw base uses a double-rail guide system, resulting in a straight and highly accurate cutting path with
low load. It features gear and rack transmission and CNC sawing; suitable for standardized and mass
production cutting in engineering and furniture manufacturing.
Automatic Lubrication Device
Upon startup, the device automatically injects lubricating oil to each lubrication track every 10 minutes,
ensuring smooth operation of the tracks.
