Fully Automated Material Flow

The production line includes a powered lift table for raw panel loading, a suction cup or roller infeed conveyor, a high-speed CNC cutting center, and an automatic unloading stacker with optional sorting function.

Intelligent Nesting & Optimization Software

Proprietary CAM software is integrated with the PLC to:

Automatically arrange rectangular or irregular parts within raw sheets (nesting optimization)

Generate barcode or QR labels for each cut piece
