1. Dust Removal Brush:
Uses a brush roller to remove dust from the front of the profile. It can be connected to a dust collection device to
collect the swept dust, ensuring environmental protection.
2. Dust Removal Fan:
Primarily used to blow away dust and impurities from the substrate surface. Its height is adjustable. The
independent fan with a duckbill-shaped air outlet effectively removes stubborn dust from the profile surface.
3. Substrate Heating:
Employs gold-plated electric heating elements to meet specific temperature requirements, ensuring optimal
application performance. This dual function of heat preservation and heating ensures precise heating, perfectly
suited to production needs.
4. Main Pressing:
The roller can be adjusted on two planes to accommodate the pressing of the guide film and the substrate
against the covering material. Two sets of cylinders at both ends of the roller adjust the height.
5. Lifting Device:
Equipped with a 150-200KG hoist, the lifting device is simple, safe, and saves manpower.
6. Unwinding Device
The PVC film is fixed to the air-expansion shaft. This shaft can be adjusted left and right by ±50mm using the left
and right rollers, depending on the size of the film and the actual position of the adhesive head.
The PVC film and material are aligned left and right, and can be adjusted left and right by ±200mm using the
linear guide base of the adhesive head sizing block. The tension of the film is controlled by a tension controller.
7. Main Frame
The machine body is made of welded steel, leveled by a gantry milling machine. The conveyor wheel base plate is
10mm thick steel plate, capable of bearing a weight of 3000kg. It achieves efficient and precise wrapping,
ensuring that the decorative material adheres tightly to the profile surface, covering both flat sides and edges
with a certain curvature.
