Pre-milling

Double pre-milling linear guide type pre-milling device.

Double-track edge trimming

The edge trimming strips at both ends of the board are cut off after edge trimming. The single-track 45-degree edge trimming design is more accurate and efficient.

Three trimming

By rough trimming and fine trimming, the excess edge banding on the upper and lower sides of the panel is cut to make it parallel to the height of the panel, making the edge banding effect more refined.

Four-head tracking

The four corners of the edge-sealed board are chamfered and rounded to make the four corners more refined and smooth after edge sealing.

Double scraping/Double buffing

Scrape out the arc edge of angle α on the upper and lower edges of the edge band after trimming; polish the plate after edge banding to make the upper and lower sides of the edge band smoother.

Optional PUR glue machine

PUR edge banding is waterproof, oil-proof and moisture-proof. Its strong adhesion makes the edge banding difficult to fall off. It is more than 10 times more sticky than ordinary edge banding machines.
