The equipment is equipped with a six-wheel pressing and flat belt pressing system, providing multiple pressing

guarantees. Multi-point contact pressing ensures stronger adhesion between the edge banding strip and the

panel, while flat belt pressing provides more stable and powerful pressure for edge banding materials such as

aluminum honeycomb panels.

Its dual-track trimming and four-head contour tracking functions achieve precise processing. The dual-guide rail

45-degree trimming design improves the accuracy and efficiency of trimming both ends of the panel after edge

banding; the four-head tracking system can chamfer and round the four corners of the panel after edge banding,

making the corners more refined and smooth.

Intelligent Operation and System Stability

This model is equipped with an intelligent human-machine interface. Operators can complete equipment start/

stop, function selection, parameter settings, and receive warning prompts through the touch screen interface,

which is simple and easy to use.

To further ensure processing quality, the equipment integrates a release agent spraying device. This device forms

an isolation layer on the surface of the panel requiring pre-milling, preventing dust adhesion after pre-milling

and facilitating cleaning.

The equipment's core PUR gluing system significantly enhances edge banding quality. Panels edge-banded with

PUR glue have waterproof, oil-proof, and moisture-proof properties, and their bonding strength can be more

than ten times that of ordinary edge banding equipment. It can achieve seamless edge banding with high-gloss
